The highest-value calls for tenders must be published in the EU’s common online service (TED), which makes it easier for international tenderers to participate in the process. The chart shows the percentage of contract notices based on your filters.
The results of the tendering process must be detailed in the contract award notice
Publication of a contract award notice for all tendered contracts became obligatory in 2026. Until then, the contract award notice was only required for purchases exceeding the EU threshold value. The contract award notice gives the winner of the tendering process, the total value of the contracts generated in the tendering process and the duration of the contracts. The figure shows the number of notices for the current year and the preceding three years.

Services, constructions contracts and purchases of goods are the procurement types used
The figure shows which tendering or negotiated procedures are used by the contracting entities. Competitive tendering is mostly carried out as an open procedure, in which companies can submit tenders directly on the basis of the call for tenders. The restricted procedure can be used in purchases related to societal security or critical infrastructure.
